Small Emacs Correction

At some point over the last few years, Emacs has moved
the 'eqv' predicate into the CL namespace.

I had to modify the emacs mode a bit to work on a
recent (21.3) version of Emacs.  These changes also
seem to be necessary under X-Emacs.

Aaron, can you update the emacs mode the next time
you generate a new tarball?
