Wayn,
Your requests for help are too terse.

I don't think anyone can help unless you specify *exactly* what you did,
and *exactly* what error messages you got, as well as which version of
poplog you are using. (Even if you've stated this previously people
don't necessarily remember.)

In particular, windows poplog has far fewer facilities than the bham
package, and so the advice you can be given depends on which version
you are using.

In addition to specifying the version of poplog, you need to give
more information about what you did that did not work.

Which tourguide are you referring to? Is this a pop11 file you obtained
on the internet? Which file exactly?

Or did you type something in from the book?
If so, what exactly did you type in?

> should i load the prb first or something???

PRB refers to the poprulebase library, which was developed after the
Computers and Thought Book was published (around 1987 I think), so it
cannot be needed for any example in that book. The first version of
poprulebase was produced in 1994.

I don't remember details of the C&T book, but some of the examples may
have required a special library, probably LIB PRODSYS. See
	TEACH PRODSYS

But the book should give full instructions stating which libraries are
needed for which examples.

If you followed instructions and they did not work, please quote
the *exact* instructions you followed.

Then someone may be able to help you.
