Tom Khabaza asked a colleague who knew about the AIX version of poplog
who replied

I suppose that merely indicates that nothing from the AIX port
can be trusted, though it may be a useful guide in some cases!
I would not expect AIX and OSX on PPC to differ as much as Windows
and Linux on PC ??
