The poplog install does not exist in the main Debian
archive because (1) I can't bootstrap it without
using an existing instance of Poplog, and (2) I don't
have time to jump through all the hoops that would
be necessary to ship it with a regular Debian
distribution.

#1 is a problem because it is impossible to install
Poplog in the main archive since the autobuild system
wants to build for all architectures (x86-64, Alpha,
MIPS, etc.).

#2 is a problem because I don't have enough time.

This is a long way of saying that you can't do an
'apt-get' for Poplog. You have to download the
*.deb from my website
(http://www.debian.org/~bfulgham/poplog/debian),
or the BHam site. You then have to install it
manually using 'dpkg' or your tool of choice.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

I can't answer this one, sorry.
