That looks easy to fix. You don't have motif on your system.
I assume it can be installed.

If not you can try 'manually' re-linking poplog without motif,
but that will require looking into the install scripts you are
using and since I know nothing about debian I can't advise on that.

Probably getting motif is easier than finding out how to do without it.
